Your partner's name (if provided)

Telephone number
Event details, including venue and event date
Any information you provide in our Booking Questionnaire
Personalised welcome messages you ask us to add to your audio guestbook

When you submit an enquiry through a social media lead form, we may also receive the information you choose to provide through that form, such as your name, contact details and event information.

During your event, we also process:

Voice recordings left by your guests using the audio guestbook.

We also receive payment confirmations from Stripe. Love on the Line does not store your full payment card details.

How we use your information:

Manage your booking
Contact you about your event
Prepare your personalised audio guestbook
Deliver your guest recordings
Respond to your enquiries
Meet our legal and business obligations

We will only use your information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.

Voice recordings:

Guest voice recordings are processed solely to provide the audio guestbook service you have booked.

Once your event has finished, recordings are downloaded, securely stored and supplied to you via a secure digital download link.

Your recordings are retained for 30 days after they have been delivered to you. After this period, all recordings are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We recommend downloading and backing up your recordings as soon as you receive them.

How long we keep your information:

Booking information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your booking and comply with legal or accounting requirements.

Guest voice recordings are permanently deleted 30 days after delivery.

Sharing your information:

We only share your information where necessary to provide our services.

This may include trusted service providers such as:

Stripe, for secure payment processing
Secure cloud storage providers used to store and deliver your recordings

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
